I was recently contacted by a casting associate at Shed Media asking me to help spread the word to Boston-area moms about a casting call for the hit parenting series, America’s Supernanny. The show, which airs on Lifetime, stars Deborah Tillman, who visits the homes of parents throughout the U.S. who are seeking guidance and assistance on how to best raise their children.
Producers are currently in the Boston and Greater New England area looking for families from Massachusetts for next season’s show. This season, producers are searching for families with unique circumstances and challenges. They will be in the area through the end of this week.
Any Boston-area families interested in being on TV and having Supernanny Deborah Tillman visit their home to provide personalized advice for their unique parenting challenges should contact the show by emailing the Boston Casting Team directly at: mbarry@shedmediaus.com.

Even if I had problems, and lived in the Boston area, would I really want my life on display???? YOU?
I’m honestly not sure! I am a huge fan of reality tv, so I’d be tempted to see what really goes on behind the scenes and what goes into making these shows, but thankfully, I don’t have any serious parenting woes so I didn’t have to put much thought into this decision.
I’m totally curious about the behind the scenes too!
i can honestly say that i’ve never watched supernanny (except for what i’ve seen in commercials) and all i’ve seen (in those commercials) are the kids screaming at the parents and freaking the heck out. when i see that, i immediately think: OH HELL NO would kayla EVER do that in this house! LOL i guess in some ways, i’m supernanny over here because i’m very strict when it comes to proper behaviour and manners that my family think i’m too hard on kayla :\
